1 Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

2 Entry is open to residents of Australia in ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS and VIC who have purchased via Showmanager or any Australian resident attending the Spring Fair dog show 2024 (“Eligible Entrant”). Any entrant who is under the age of 18 years is not eligible to enter the prize draw. Employees of the Promoter or members of the Spring Fair Committee or Board of Directors of DOGS NSW, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

3 The promotion commences at 9.00am Australian Eastern Time (“AEST”) on Friday 9th August 2024 & closes at 3.00pm Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) Sunday, 1st September 2024(“Promotion Period”). Tickets may only be purchased via showmanager or at the Spring Fair Dog show event.

4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not qualify.  Tickets are either 1 ticket for $5.00 or 5 tickets for $20.00. Total tickets sold will not exceed 9000 tickets

5 All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the prize draw. The prize must be redeemed within 30 days of the draw. All winners must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.

6 Prize is a trip for two adults valued at up to $10,000 AUD to attend the Westminster Dog Show February 2025 in New York USA. The trip includes 2 return economy airfares from Sydney to New York; 4 nights twin-share accommodation + entry tickets into the show.  Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. Additional spending money, meals, taxes, valid passports, visas, transport to & from departure point, transfers, insurance & all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion. It is a condition of accepting the prize that all components of the prize be taken during the trip and that all persons taking the trip sign a waiver of liability & an indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Promoter accepts no responsibility for variations in trip prize value. The prize must be taken by the winner in February 2025 (on dates to be fixed).

7 The prize draw will be conducted via barrel draw at 4:00pm on Sunday the 1^st September 2024 in the General Specials Ring at the 2024 Spring Fair Dog Show, 44 Luddenham Road, Orchard Hills NSW 2748. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize. The winner’s name will be announced at the time of the draw and prior and after Best in Show has been awarded. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within 24 hours of the draw. The name and postcode of the winner will be published in The Daily Telegraph on Friday, 6th September 2024 and may also appear at, www.dogsnsw.org.au

8 Total prize pool is valued at up to $10,000 AUD.

9 Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.

10 Prize value is correct at time of printing, but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

11 The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12 Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the DOGS NSW Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.dogsnsw.org.au or calling (02) 9834 3022.

13 Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14 If the prize remains unclaimed by Monday 4th November 2024 despite the Promoter’s best endeavors to contact the prize winner, then the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 44 Luddenham Road, Orchard Hills 2748 at 2pm on that date in order to award the unclaimed prize. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize and the winner of this draw will be notified by telephone and in writing within 48 hours of the draw and will have their name and postcode published in The Daily Telegraph, 22^nd November and may also appear at www.dogsnsw.org.au

15 By entering the promotion, the prize winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotion purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
