NOTICE OF A GENERAL MEETING OF THE
BELGIAN SHEPHERD DOG CLUB OF QUEENSLAND (BSDCQ)
Dear BSDCQ member,
This notice is to advise you of the upcoming general meeting of the members of the BSDCQ.  
The details of this meeting are as follows:

Monday 4th March, 2019

18:30 PM
Place:  
Meeting Room, Dogs Queensland Sports Ground, Durack, Queensland
 
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
·         accept the minutes of the last general meeting
·         find out about the BSDCQ’s operations and finances
·         ask questions about the operations and finances of the BSDCQ
·         speak about any items on the agenda
·         vote on any resolutions proposed.
Please forward any agenda items by email to the Secretary by 16:00 pm Sunday 17th February, 2019.
Please contact the secretary if you would like a proxy form if unable to attend the meeting in person or by phone. Please send this request, and all enquiries, in writing only to the BSDCQ secretary by email at secretary@bsdcq.com
