Please take note of the following information relevant to judge changes and general information to ensure a smooth running day and a reasonable finish time. Please share this information with fellow exhibitors, especially those who do not use online entries or emails.

Groups 1 and 3:

Due to a large number of entries received, as per regulation 3.2, Mrs Jane Harvey's appointments have been split. Mrs Pia Kirke has kindly accepted a last minute appointment to help with the numbers.

Judging Time:

AM Show:

1A and 3 as per normal at the conclusion of sweepstakes classes.

1B at 9:00am

PM Show:

All rings to commence at the conclusion of the AM General Specials. 1A before 1B - please take note of the judging order change, as per the catalogue and breed numbers.

3A & 3B - group 3 ring (no change)

PM Show:

3B - netball court ring

NO SETTING up on the netball courts. Trollies and crates are acceptable. NO TOILETTING on the netball courts. Please toilet your dogs before heading to the netball court ring. If you dog has an accident, please clean it up immediately.

Parking and Gates:

A reminder that gates will open at 6:00am. There is limited parking in gate 2, so once full, the gate will be shut and all further traffic directed through gate 1.

Sweepstakes/Special Classes/Junior Handlers:

The Roly Boxhall Memorial Class, Baby Puppy Sweepstakes and Junior Handlers will all commence at 7:30am.

Due to the large entry and full day ahead, the Baby Puppy Sweepstakes has been split into two sections as follows. Each judge will shortlist three dogs, and the six shortlisted will compete in the finals for the places.

Roly Baxhall: Group 2 Ring

Baby Puppy SS: Groups 1-4 and Finals (Miss Robynne Spencer): Group 5 Ring

Baby Puppy SS: Groups 5-7 (Mrs Colleen Stoate): Group 3 Ring

Junior Handlers: Group 4 Ring (All juniors to register their participation in the Secretary's Office prior to 7:15am).

With a large entry and two shows on the one day, please ensure that you are organised and prompt to the ring. We are looking forward to seeing you all on Monday the 12th and are striving for a smooth running day with your cooperation to ensure everyone's enjoyment.
