No setting up gazebos on Saturday.

The car park gate on Old Well Station Rd will open at 6am it will close promptly at 10:30am. 
If you are entered and not there before 10:30 you risk being locked out. With the only other access is a pedestrian walk through at gate 4 (MacDonald's) Gates willbe reopened from 2pm - 5:30pm for exhibitors to leave.

Emergency management will by monitored by Epic.

This is an ACT Government direction. It is out of Dogs ACT and Epics hands.

If your name is on the exhibitor list and you have children and or a guest, you will be allowed access. 

Do not bring your caravan, you will be turned away at the gate!

This is not an ideal situation by any means but a small sacrifice for one day.

Its going to be a great day so get there early.
