Information for Exhibitors  - please forward to any other members you think appropriate

As the weather forecast looks to be hot on Sat, the club have made the decision to start the shows at 8.30am. The shows will still run exactly as in the schedule - just commencing at 8.30. We hope this, coupled with a smaller entry, will enable us to get through judging as quickly as possible. Judges will take lunchbreaks as is convenient in each ring. We will not be stopping for a “proper” lunchbreak as such.

Also A junior handler heat will not be run. Our apologies juniors.

As we are hosting the Toy Club show as well, if timing works out and we are waiting for Toy club to finish, we will ask the GS judge to pre-judge all group winners for BIS, leaving only one dog to judge, enabling all other exhibitors to keep cool.

The club are providing additional shade in the ring. There will also be two clam shells for dogs to cool off as necessary. We anticipate putting them in the bbq area.

NO DOGS are to be left in vehicles. This includes cars, vans & dog trailers.

If you feel you or your dog will not cope with the conditions we would urge you to consider staying home.

Fingers crossed it doesn’t get to the currently predicted temperature & we have been overly cautious unnecessarily.
