The FAQ are only for general questions about the event. If you have specific questions about your entries please contact the club directly or email help@showmanager.com.au.

My understanding is that you would have received an "undpaid order alert" email from ShowManager if you have submitted entries and not yet paid.  You will also see the red "Not Paid" notice next to the event in "My area".  If you have paid, it will have a green "Paid" next to the event.
