B21 CATALOGUES (11/23) 21.1 Catalogues are not to be made available prior to one hour before the advertised start time of a conformation show. Royal shows and cluster shows’ catalogues may be released one hour prior to the first day or the first show.
However as a courtesy Canine Stewards will release Friday evening
