Hi exhibitors,
A motion was put forward and carried at the Governing Council meeting of July that all exhibitors that entered the Saturday 8th June 2024 Championship Show be offered a refund of entries only, due to the show being abandoned. Therefore as a refund for entries will be offered no BOB or CCs will be awarded.

If you wish to request a refund for your entries only please email the Secretary on regencyblueoes@exemail.com.au by the 31st August 2024. This date has been advised by Governing Council, no extensions will be given and any emails received after this will not be considered or actioned.

If you paid for any other exhibitors please pass on this information and if requesting a refund for your entries please specify which ones they pertain to.

Once the deadline has passed and we know who would like refunds on their entries we will proceed in doing so through showmanager.

I reiterate that refunds are for Saturday 8th June 2024 Championship Show entries only.

We apologise for the inconvenience that this has brought to all concerned and thank everyone for your patience in resolving this. The club hopes that exhibitors will be understanding that this was an unprecedented situation that hope we will never encounter again.
