If you already have an official Dogs Australia height card for your dog, please enter your dog in the appropriate category. You will be required to bring the physical card for each dog to be sighted at check in at each event. 
If your dog has not been officially measured please enter your dog in ”unmeasured” and arrive early to be officially measured. You will be given a card to keep afterwards and your dog will be moved to the appropriate size class.

Please note this will not affect the run order, only any handicap applied in regards to points. 

Send an email to :  whippetclubwa@gmail.com with "Waiting list entries for SprintDog™️ and the date you want to be waitlisted in the subject line.

In the email please provide a contact number we can reach you on, your dogs registration number, your Dogswest member number.

If you can only take texts due to work, please state this in the email.

The order is based on date order email is received. If you do not answer or respond to our message within 2hrs, we will move to the next in line. Please do not call, messenger or text committee members with these requests or your dogs details as they will not be accepted. They may be missed or not go through and is too hard to monitor.

If you are given the slot, you will be expected to provide a filled in manual entry form and pay by direct deposit or we will not accept the entry. The entry may have been financially closed off with showmanager and so is unable to take a replacement entry. All clubs are required to have a manual entry for each dog not entered on line for club records.

This is also to stop the situation where a person enters, depriving another of that slot and then doesn't turn up and/or pay.
