A supplementary form is required for all tracking trial entries.  The 2017 supplementary entry form may be found on the Evergreen Tracking Dog Club Inc. website, or by contacting the trial secretary at kimmaree1@hotmail.co.uk.

By submitting an entry in this trial, competitors agree to be available to help when needed at this trial and to arrive on the day and close to the time nominated on the supplementary entry form.  Competitors understand that failure to do so without prior approval from the Trial Secretary could result in their track being cancelled.  Also, in accordance with the ANKC rules, competitors will not knowingly bring a bitch in season onto the grounds and will abide by the vetting policy on the supplementary form.

It is an expectation that all competitors will be available to help with the workload of the trial.  Competitors are expected to arrive at the grounds on the day prior to their test, or if prior approval has been obtained, to leave the day after their test to ensure enough help is available for the duration of the trial.  The Trial Manager will allocate everyone duties and times in accordance with the number of dogs competing and the test level requirements, and this decision is final.  In accordance with ANKC regulations, any attempt by competitors to influence the judge with regards time or location of their test will result in their track being cancelled.
