Trial Training on 8th October 2024.

Hi all, 

Unfortunately, I am unable to make it on the 8th October due to attending a concert which was booked many months ago, and I completely forgot.

However, I so want to get back into training with you - and I am happy to swap this training to the Wednesday afternoon instead.

Please let me know if you are still able to attend Wednesday training.

hi Guys, i will be here from 4.30pm and training will be on rings 1 and 10. 
it may be intermittent rain, happy to still train.
