CAMPING - FOR CABARITA BEACH - NO EXCEPTIONS!

COMBINED NORTHERN RIVERS KC - Powered/Non-Powered Camping

PLEASE NOTE: VENUE - CABARITA BEACH PONY CLUB GROUNDS INC, 28 ROUND MOUNTAIN ROAD - CNR TWEED COAST RD, HASTINGS POINT

CAMPERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE: You must report to one of the camping supervisors on arrival. Please bring your paid printed camping receipt as it will need to be displayed on your vehicle at all times whilst on the grounds.

Once checked in one of the camping supervisors will direct you to your site. We have more area to spread out at these grounds, limited number of 50 powered sites only available. Power boxes are spread out with multiple points per box, some upto 12-15 in one box, so longer extension cords maybe required. Limited water taps (14).

All camping must be paid via Show Manager when entering and prior to attending shows. Entry to show grounds is from Thursday 14 November 2024 at 1pm (AEDST), there is no access prior to this date and/or time. Shops, cafes within minutes of venue along with our Northern NSW magnificent beaches.

• IF YOU WANT TO CAMP WITH OTHERS AS A GROUP PLEASE ADVISE IN THE COMMENTS/NOTES SECTION WHEN BOOKING. IT ALSO CAN HELP US IN ALLOCATING SITES IF YOU ALSO ADVISE IF YOU HAVE E.G - MOTORHOME, CARAVAN, BIG VAN, CAR/DOG TRAILER, TENT ETC. MANY THANKS.
• Make sure you have plenty of length in power cords or multiples. Tap adaptors maybe required also, the club may have a few spares if required due to limited taps of only 14. There is an area to fill tanks if required.

Please use the bins provided in all areas for your rubbish (general, dog hair etc) and make sure all dog poo is picked up please. We would like to keep using these wonderful grounds into the future. Thank you everyone for your cooperation.
