2025 Tracking Workshop Weekend

Date: Saturday 5th to Sunday 6th April 2025, two-day event – must attend both days.

Venue: Bulla Exhibition Centre, Uniting Lane, Bulla

The training will commence on Saturday at 7 am – please arrive on time as the welcome meeting will need to start on time to ensure that you can get out with your group for practical training in the morning. Training on Saturday will conclude at approx. 4 pm. 

Sunday training will be from 7 am to approx. 2 pm.

Cost: TCV Members: $120.00 Per Person. Non Members: $180.00

The Workshop is set up to assist in the sport of Tracking, therefore targeted at novice tracking handlers and their dogs.

THERE WILL BE NO CATERING BY THE CLUB. MEMBERS ARE ASKED TO ARRANGE THEIR OWN FOOD FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKEND.

The club will supply a snack bag for participants. Tea, coffee and water are available at the base throughout the weekend.
Please bring your own mugs. A fridge and microwave are available at the base.

If camping, payment can be made via Show Manager with your training weekend payment.
Camping is available at Bulla as per the Dogs Victoria regulations. Camping sites may be booked as part of your online payment through Show Manager ($21.50 per night) & TCV will ensure that the funds are paid to DV and this will allow all event campers to be allocated to the same area. Sorry no power sites available.

Registration closes 28th March 2025 (Limited Numbers) if excessive numbers are received prior to the closing date, entries may be closed early - a waiting list will be taken and available places offered on a first in first offered basis.



Please note only 1 dog can be trained at this workshop by the handler/owner.
