Promoter: Gunnedah & District Kennel Club Inc.
Eligibility: Open to all persons aged 18 years and over. Committee members are eligible to enter unless otherwise stated.
Ticket Sales: Tickets are sold at the advertised price. No refunds on purchased tickets.
Draw Date: The draw will take place on the advertised date and time. Winners do not need to be present unless specified.
Prizes: Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.
Winner Notification: Winners will be announced publicly and contacted using the details provided on the ticket.
Collection of Prizes: Prizes must be collected within 14 days of the draw. Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn or donated.
Conduct: The raffle will be conducted fairly and in accordance with NSW Fair Trading regulations.
