Table and Chair Booking – 8th Weimaraner National

We are pleased to offer the opportunity to reserve tables and chairs for the conformation days (Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May 2026) at the 8th Weimaraner National.

Table Bookings
Tables will be positioned around the ring, each seating 8 people. You can reserve a full table for $100, which covers both days of showing. This is a great option for groups of friends, or families wanting to sit together.

If you do not have a group of 8, individual seats can be booked at $15 per person for the weekend. These will be allocated at shared tables.

Set-Up Area
Each reserved table will have space behind it for your group to set up for the day – this includes room for dogs and gear.

General Seating
There will also be space around other parts of the ring for people to bring their own chairs and watch the judging. The Club will also provide chairs for our international visitors.

Important Note – Dog Set-Up Areas
No dogs, crates, or trolleys are permitted to be set up ringside. A designated area for crates and trolleys will be clearly marked and must be used by all exhibitors. This is to ensure clear viewing for spectators and a safe environment for dogs and handlers.

Booking for the tables will be available via Show Manager. Once we have the tables filled, we will release the ring plan with the table and allocations.
