Veranda sites: Numbered V6 to V12. Each site measures at least 2m x 2m. Cost of $5 per site.

Gazebo sites: Numbered G1 to G35. Each site measures 3m x 3m. Cost of $5 per site.

Shade shelter sheds: People who have paid and reserved a shed can remain in the shed they were allocated all weekend. Sheds numbered 1 to 9 and shed 12 are permitted to have one 3x3 gazebo set up in front of their shed at no cost.

Exhibitor site preferences:

• Prepaid site preferences will be pre-allocated prior to show.
• Requests for site preferences will be considered on a first come first served basis via Show Manager at a cost of $5.00.  Revenue goes to the Cairns Show Association
• Only 1 site per exhibitor will be allocated.
• Exhibitors are requested to provide 3 site preferences and the committee will endeavour to accommodate these requests, but no guarantees can be given.  Please also provide other relevant information such as who you might like to be sited beside/close to, in the event that the committee is unable to issue any of your preferences.
• If no preference is received for an exhibitor, sites will be allocated on arrival at the grounds by the show committee (free of charge).
• Sites allocated are guaranteed for the entire weekend.
