Terms and Conditions
Promoter
- The Monster Raffle is conducted by Chinese Crested Club ('the Promoter').

Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
- Committee members and immediate family may purchase tickets but are not eligible to win (if applicable).
- By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Ticket Sales
- Ticket price: $10 per ticket
- Tickets will be sold from 17th February until 27th March 2026 at midnight or until sold out latest date being 30th April 2026
- Tickets are not refundable or transferable.
- Each ticket is allocated a unique number.
Prize Details
- Total prize pool value: $2350
- Prizes are as advertised on promotional material.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise stated).
- If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Draw Details
- Location: Chinese Crested Specialty shows
- Date: 29th March 2026 if all sold otherwise the 30th April 2026
- Time: at the end of the second show. If later date it will be drawn at a Club meeting
- The draw will be conducted randomly.
- Winners need not be present at the draw (unless otherwise stated).
Winner Notification
- Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours of the draw.
- Winning ticket numbers may also be published on the club’s website and/or social media pages.
Prize Collection
- Prizes must be claimed within 30days of the draw.
- If a prize remains unclaimed after this period, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in accordance with relevant state regulations.
Liability
- The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (except liability that cannot be excluded by law) as a result of accepting a prize.
Privacy
- Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle and contacting winners.
- Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
