RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS – $5,000 CASH GIVEAWAY

1. Promoter  
This raffle is conducted by Port Pirie Kennel Club Inc.

2. Eligibility  
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

3. Ticket Sales  
- Tickets are $20 each  
- Strictly limited to 500 tickets  
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased  

4. Prize Details  
Total prize pool: $5,000 AUD  
- 1st Prize: $3,000  
- 2nd Prize: $1,250  
- 3rd Prize: $750  

Prizes will be paid via bank transfer or other agreed method.

5. Draw Details  
- The raffle will be drawn live on the Port Pirie Kennel Club Inc. Facebook page  
- The draw will take place as soon as all tickets are sold  
- Winners will be selected at random

6. Winner Notification  
- Winners will be announced on the club’s Facebook page  
- Winners will also be contacted using the details provided on their ticket  
- If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the club reserves the right to redraw

7. Unclaimed Prizes  
If a prize remains unclaimed after 3 months, the club may redraw the prize in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Use of Funds  
All proceeds from the raffle will go towards supporting Port Pirie Kennel Club Inc. events and activities.

9. Compliance  
This raffle will be conducted in accordance with all relevant South Australian laws and regulations.

10. General  
- By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these terms and conditions  
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into  
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle if required
