MARQUEES
Marquee spaces are 3x3 metres inside 12x3 m Marquees with moveable walls. If you want more than 
one 3x3m space to share with friends, please book all at once to ensure you get adjacent 3x3m areas. 
Marquee spaces include a table and 4 chairs. Set up from 4 pm on Thur 6 August and during Fri 7 Aug 
but only when no Dog Sports in progress.
Cost - $130 per 3x3 metre space – 16 available

GAZEBO SPACES
Spaces available for setting up of your own gazebo, or own set up, in 3x3 metre space. If you want more 
than 3x3m to share with friends, please book all at once to ensure you get adjacent 3x3 m areas. 
Gazebo Spaces included a table and 4 chairs. Set up after completion of the Dog Sports on Fri 7 Aug, 
approx. 4 pm, once the ring for the conformation show is set and space markings put out for guidance.
Cost - $30 per 3x3 metre space – 9 available

NOTE: Exhibitor gazebos set up overnight must be dropped to lowest height for safety; no matting is to 
be left on the ground overnight; no sleeping is permitted in marquees/gazebos around rings; owners are 
responsible for their own equipment left in marquees/gazebos
