Our formal dinner will be held in the function room at the Hawkesbury Racecourse, Hawkesbury Rd, Clarendon, opposite the Hawkesbury Showgrounds.

Complimentary pre dinner drinks will be served from 6.30pm with canapes, followed by a sit down main course and dessert. Bar service for drinks will be available once seated for dinner and are at the attendees expense.

Live music, an Auction and presentations will occur during and after the dinner.

Dress is smart casual.
