Eye and Heart Clinic Booking times and Heart form.
All of your appointment times have been added under this activity as a file for our upcoming Eye & Heart Clinic. Dr Geoff Nicholson, our Cardiologist has requested that you pre-fill your certificates prior to arriving at the clinic to avoid delays. The blank certificate has also been added as a file. Those that have booked an Echo you will be sent your form via email. We will have limited additional forms on the day.
Entry to Hawkesbury showgrounds is via Gate 4. We will have signs up to direct you.

The Golden Retriever Club of NSW Inc. in conjunction with the 11th Golden Retriever National event will be holding an Eye & Heart Clinic. It will be held on the final day of our National with the NGRC meeting & conference. We have been very fortunate to secure the services of Aces Eye Specialist Dr Jeff Smith & Cardiologist Dr Geoff Nicholson.
Bookings and payment are essential in advance, time preferences will be taken into account. The clinic will run from 9am - 4pm. Golden Retrievers & Cavalier King Charles spaniels will take precedence and the clinic will be opened to other breeds only if numbers permit.
Booking times will be advised via email.
Costs
Eyes, $100 first dog, $70 thereafter.
Hearts, Auscultation only $75 per dog, a limited number of echocardiograms consults will be available for dogs with no pre-existing conditions on the day at $275.
