About
The DWD and Tricks Subcommittee of Dogs Queensland is chaired by Coral Pethers and made up of selected DWD and Trick Dog competitors and judges. The Subcommittee is the Queensland state body associated with the National Dances with Dogs Committee of Dogs Australia, and as such has a role in developing the national rules for both DWD and Trick Dog.
The Subcommittee is responsible for recruiting, training, and maintaining judges in the disciplines of DWD and of Trick Dog.
The Subcommittee holds fund-raising trials and other activities to support its work. We are hosting the State and National Dances with Dogs and Trick Dog competitions at Durack in late June 2024.
