Change of Judge

Exhibit numbers will be emailed, if you don’t receive the numbers there will be exhibit cards available from the Office prior to the show starting.  The AM show will start at 9.00am with no sweepstakes at either show (straight into group judging) with the 2^ndshow not before 11.30am (depending on when the BIS for show 1 finishes).  We are endeavoring that the 2^ndshow will be over by 5.00PM

We held the entries open longer than gazetted in order for exhibitors to enter after last weekends show calendar and advertised it repeatedly that entries would be closing on Wednesday the 7th of June at 6.00pm.  This is to assist the cataloguer in processing the shows, email numbers and produce the catalogue.  Our apologies if you missed the entry cut off but with our first show on Friday the cataloguer needs sufficient time to generate the show data and then to load that data onto the show stewards computer tablets, which in itself is a time consuming process.
