Change of Judge

Hi Everyone,

With the weather forecast predicting rain over the weekend it has been decided to move the MDKC shows to undercover. We have been granted special permission to use part of the large indoor Fred Moule Pavilion for show rings.  As such the undercover area - Figtree will be available for exhibitors to set up in with canteen being in the bar area there.

The club will not be erecting gazebos. 

No set up for exhibitors on Friday - setup time as per Facebook from 7am on Saturday morning. Exhibitors can set up gazebos on the grassed area near the undercover area - Figtree or use the undercover space. (Please be kind to all)

There is a large car park area behind Fred Moule towards Scott Street for Disabled and general exhibitor free parking as well as on Mulgrave Road. The gate near Fred Moule pavilion will be open for foot traffic from Mulgrave Road.

There are a limited number of paid show time parking spots close to Fred Moule - these must be reserved and paid for via the Cairns Show Activity Tab on show manager dated 20 March. (Any exhibitors who have already paid for showtime parking will be transferred to this area.)
