Our replacement judges have today been approved.

Replacing Mrs S. Mashford (VIC) will be Mr D. Kill (QLD) for Groups 1,2,3,4,6 and 7 including General Specials on Friday 19 July 2024 and 6-12 month Sweepstakes Saturday 20 July 2024.

Group 5 on Friday 19 July 2024 will be judged by Mr Gary Heyden (NSW). Updated schedule will be added once received from Dogs NSW.

PLEASE NOTE (1): Venue is again the Cabarita Beach Pony Club Grounds, 28 Round Mountain Road (Cnr Tweed Coast Road), Hastings Point.

FRONT GATE TO GROUNDS - you open it, you close it!

When entering the grounds of Cabarita Beach Pony Club Grounds there is a gate, if you open the gate, please close it behind you. There are some horses still on premises and would hate to be the blame if they get out of there area and onto the main roads because someone didn't close the gate after them. YOU OPEN IT, YOU CLOSE IT!!!!! Thank you.

Hi I can’t find how to pay the camping, I was there last year

It is an activity on Thursday 18 July 2024 on Show Manager. Any problems let me know.

Cars/Trailers/Vans etc - MAIN ARENA

Cars/Trailers/Vans etc are allowed on to the main arena to set up gazebos, drop off / pick up each day. NO CARS OF ANY KIND CAN BE PARKED ON THE GROUNDS (MAIN ARENA) ALL DAY!! You will be asked to move them into the parking area outside the main arena. This is not negotiable. *** weather permitting if there is rain no vehicles will be allowed on to the main arena, this will be advised closer to the event. Thank you.

Gazebos around rings / Mats to be picked up each day after show finishes

Exhibitors can set up ringside from 3pm on Thursday 18th July 2024 unless advised by working party earlier. There will be plenty of room around all rings. Mats must be picked up off the ground at the end of each show, no mats or ground coverings to be left overnight or they will be removed. 

Everyone most important go to!!! COFFEE

One of the most important vendors for our exhibitors, Elliejs Coffee Cart will again be assisting us with all your coffee needs for the 3 day of shows.

Judging order for Friday 19 July 2024

PLEASE NOTE: Friday 19 July 2024 - Working Dogs will be judged in Ring 3 first at the completion of Sweepstakes by Mr G. Heyden (NSW), followed by Non Sporting and Utility by Mr D. Kill (QLD). All other groups will commence as normal after sweepstakes. Thank you.

Food availability?

Canteen will be run by Pony Club on Saturday and Sunday, see our facebook page for menu at upcoming shows.
