NORTHERN CLASSIC KENNEL CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPOINT A RESERVE, JUDGE/S IF NECESSARY AND REALLOCATE BREEDS IF THE NUMBER EXCEEDS 250 DOGS PER JUDGE ON THE DAY.
REFUNDS
46.13 Refund of entry fees is not available after the
scheduled closing date, except in the following
circumstances:
(1) Where the judge announced in the schedule
is altered, except to the advertised reserve judge or
the affiliate has reserved the right to appoint a
reserve or replacement judge, an exhibitor may
withdraw their entry prior to the commencement of
judging and be entitled to a refund of entry fees;
(2) During the course of the exhibition if a
scheduled judge is unable to complete their allocated
judging because of illness or any other reason, the
affiliate committee conducting the exhibition may
appoint a substitute judge. Refund of entry is at the
discretion of the affiliate;
(3) Where the judge announced in the schedule
is altered and exhibiting under the new judge would
be in breach of the CCCQ Ltd Rules;
(4) The affiliate has the discretion to offer
refunds in exceptional situations;
(5) Refer to rule 72 regarding refunds relating to
cancellation, abandonment, or postponement of an
exhibition.
